Enter your Offer Code or Discount Coupon Code during checkout on the BILLING page. EDEN’S KISS offer codes and Discount Coupon Codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. When the Code is applied, it will be reflected on the “Order Review” page.
Note: Only one (1) Offer Code or Discount Coupon Code may be used per order. When shipping to multiple addresses, promotions are applied accordingly. Promotional offers and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of EDEN’S KISS gift certificates. Please see promotion details for more information.
SALES TAX
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges.
Note: Purchases paid for with EDEN’S KISS Gift Cards are subject to applicable sales tax. No sales tax is charged when buying EDEN’S KISS Gift Cards.

EDEN’S KISS is a PayPal verified merchant. EDEN’S KISS uses PayPal merchant services for the processing of all EDEN’S KISS orders purchased by credit cards. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to process your credit card through PayPal's merchant gateway. Please refer to PayPal’s website at www.paypal.com to learn more about PayPal and/or to set up a PayPal member account.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Personal Checks, and Company Checks
EDEN’S KISS accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. dollars only. Please note: Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order, cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to ten (10) banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25.00 fee on all returned checks.

Retail Orders
EDEN’S KISS business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. Most retail orders received before 5:00 p.m. will ship within one (1) business day provided the product ordered is in stock.
We ship domestic retail orders via USPS Mail; expect delivery in 2-6 business days. We ship international orders via International Priority Mail; expect delivery in 6-10 business days. Please refer to the United States Postal Service website www.usps.com for further information about delivery times and rates.
EDEN'S KISS shipping rates are determined by the weight and shipping destination of your order. At checkout, the USPS shipping costs are automatically calculated and you can select the shipping method of your choice. Please be aware that the weight of the shipping carton and packing materials is included and any fraction of a pound equals the next pound rate.
PRODUCT PACKAGING
For purposes of sanitation and to encourage recycling, we package most of our products in glass containers. In some instances for safety reasons, we use plastic containers. All of our containers are recyclable. To reduce landfill waste, we use recycled packing materials when shipping our products.
SUGGESTED PRODUCT STORAGE/ESTIMATED SHELF LIFE
All EDEN’S KISS products should be stored in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration is also acceptable and will extend the shelf life of your products, but the refrigerator should be free of condensation.
Please note that changes in temperature may affect the viscosity of our products; specifically, EDEN’S KISS products, which have been thickened with beeswax, may become thicker during cold weather and thinner during hot weather. Beeswax and natural oils may partially melt or completely liquefy in hot weather and/or when room temperatures exceed 75 degrees. If you receive your order during hot weather, please let balm and crème products rest in a cool place a few hours before opening.
We cannot replace your product if it is not the viscosity that you expected. Further, due to the nature of natural ingredients, there may be slight variations in color, viscosity, and scent from batch to batch. These are not reasonable grounds for a return.
Unopened hand & body balms, body oils, body powders, and facial elixirs last up to one (1) year when stored properly. However, we prefer that all of our products be used as quickly as possible to ensure their freshness and potency. For this reason, we prefer to receive smaller, more frequent orders to that of large orders placed infrequently, so we can ensure customers of the freshness and highest quality of our products.
EDEN’S KISS Damask Rose Facial Crème should be stored in a very cool, dry place to prevent spoilage. (We recommend that this product should be refrigerated). To avoid product contamination, this crème should be applied with a clean applicator rather than with one’s fingers. With refrigeration and sanitary use, this product should retain its freshness up to six (6) months. It is not unusual for the crème to become thinner to separate slightly if it is exposed to heat. If this occurs, simply stir crème with a clean utensil to blend and refrigerate.

Please write a note to briefly explain your reason for the return. Please include your invoice number on this note, and place the note inside the box with the item you wish to return.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS priority mail. We’re sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return.

DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It’s normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us by email immediately via our Contact Us form.
Please provide the order number along with your phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Once USPS assigns you a claim number, we will replace the merchandise and process the claim.
