NEW WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
If you would like your business to become an EDEN’S KISS wholesale member, you must create an EDEN’S KISS wholesale account that is subject to our approval. When creating a wholesale account, you will be required to provide the following information: your contact name, business name, billing and shipping addresses, and current resale number.
In order for us to approve your wholesale account and before you may access the wholesale portion of our online store, you must submit a current copy of your business’ resale license by facsimile or by U.S. Post to our office. Our fax number is: 707-786-9573. Our mailing is address: EDEN’S KISS, P.O. Box 194, Ferndale, CA 95536. After we have approved your account, you will be provided with a password that will allow you to access the wholesale portion of our store so that you may place an order.
Please note: We want you to be happy with your wholesale purchase. If you are unfamiliar with our products, we strongly suggest that you order samples of EDEN’S KISS products to verify they will be suitable for your purposes before placing a wholesale order. You may not sell or resell any of these product samples that you purchase or otherwise receive from us.
WHOLESALE MINIMUM ORDER
EDEN’S KISS minimum wholesale purchase amount, not including shipping costs, is $100.00.
EDEN’S KISS requires a minimum purchase of (4) four items of any single product type or scent.
If you wish to order more than (12) twelve items of any single product type or scent, please contact us via our Contact Us form before placing your order.
Please note: We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of an order that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms & Conditions.
WHOLESALE ORDER ALTERATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order or modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible regarding any alterations or cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate you. If you cancel an order that has not yet begun processing, we will refund your money. If we have already begun processing your order, we will cancel your order, but we will be obligated to charge your account a cancellation fee of $35.00.
We will not penalize you for modifying your order to include additional products and/or to increase the quantity of any given product ordered, but late additions to a pending order may be shipped separately to avoid delay.
WHOLESALE ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME
EDEN’S KISS business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. Most wholesale orders received before 5:00 p.m. will ship within two (2) business days provided the products ordered are in stock. Please check with us for lead-time on larger orders.
We ship domestic wholesale orders via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, or USPS First Class or Priority Mail; the delivery time of your order will depend upon your shipping selection. Please refer to the United States Postal Service website for further information about delivery times and rates.
EDEN’S KISS shipping rates are determined by the weight and destination of your order. At checkout, the USPS shipping costs are automatically calculated and you can select the shipping method of your choice. Please be aware that the weight of the shipping carton and packing materials are included with the product weight. Any fraction of a pound equals the next pound rate.
PRODUCT PACKAGING
For purposes of sanitation and to encourage recycling, we package most of our products in glass containers. In some instances for safety reasons, we use plastic containers. All of our containers are recyclable. To reduce landfill waste, we use recycled packing materials when shipping our products.
SUGGESTED PRODUCT STORAGE/ESTIMATED SHELF LIFE
Please note: EDEN’S KISS products are temperature sensitive. All EDEN’S KISS products should be stored in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight. Refrigeration is also acceptable and will extend the shelf life of your products, but the refrigerator should be free of condensation.
Changes in temperature may affect the viscosity of our products; specifically, EDEN’S KISS products, which have been thickened with beeswax, may become thicker during cold weather and thinner during hot weather. Beeswax and natural oils may partially melt or completely liquefy in hot weather and/or when room temperatures exceed 75 degrees. If you receive your order during hot weather, please let balm and/or crème products rest in a cool place a few hours before opening.
We cannot replace your product(s) if it is not the viscosity that you expected. Further, due to the nature of natural ingredients, there may be slight variations in color, viscosity, and scent from batch to batch. These are not reasonable grounds for a return.
Unopened hand & body balms, body oils, body powders, and facial elixirs last up to one (1) year when stored properly. However, we prefer that all of our products be used as quickly as possible to ensure their freshness and potency. For this reason, we prefer to receive smaller, more frequent orders to that of large orders placed infrequently, so we can ensure customers of the freshness and highest quality of our products.
RETURNS
EDEN’S KISS products are prepared fresh for each order and cannot be restocked; therefore, EDEN’S KISS wholesale products, unless damaged during shipping, are non-returnable and not subject to refund or credit.
We cannot replace your product(s) if it is not the viscosity that you expected. Further, due to the nature of natural ingredients, there may be slight variations in color, viscosity, and scent from batch to batch. These are not reasonable grounds for a return.
If you are unfamiliar with EDEN’S KISS products, you are strongly encouraged to order samples of EDEN’S KISS products before placing a larger wholesale order to verify these products will be suitable for your business needs. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.
DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. It’s normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us by email immediately via our Contact Us form.
Please provide the order number along with your phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Once USPS assigns you a claim number, we will replace the merchandise and process the claim.
